By accessing or using Linkbaits.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including subscribers, marketplace buyers, and marketplace sellers.
Linkbaits.com is an AI-powered link building platform operated by Kumbaya Group LLC. The Service includes AI tools for generating linkbait content ideas, analyzing backlinks, and a marketplace for buying and selling guest posts and link insertions.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. A 7-day free trial is available on all paid plans. No credit card is required for trial. After the trial, your chosen plan will begin billing.
The Linkbaits.com marketplace connects buyers and sellers of guest posts, link insertions, and sponsored content. Kumbaya Group LLC acts as the platform operator and escrow agent, not as a party to transactions between users. We charge a 10% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted from seller payouts.
By listing on the marketplace, you represent that: • You own or control the website listed • All metrics (DR, DA, traffic) are accurate and verifiable • You can deliver the promised link type within the stated turnaround time • The website complies with Google's webmaster guidelines We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing at our discretion. Sellers who consistently fail to deliver or misrepresent their sites will be permanently banned.
Funds are held in escrow by Stripe until you approve delivery. You have 7 days from delivery notification to approve or dispute an order. If no action is taken within 7 days, the order is automatically approved and the seller is paid. We do not guarantee that purchased links will improve your search rankings. Link building results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.
You may not use the Service to: • Build links to sites that violate Google's webmaster guidelines (cloaking, hidden text, etc.) • List sites with artificially inflated metrics • Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent transactions • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service • Harass or abuse other users • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
The Service uses AI to generate content suggestions, analysis, and ideas. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We make no warranty about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kumbaya Group LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content within the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kumbaya Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will improve your SEO results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
