We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, website URL, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details). We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, tools used, scan history, and general analytics to improve the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve Linkbaits.com, process payments, send transactional emails (order confirmations, listing approvals), respond to support requests, and send product updates if you opt in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing team@linkbaits.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and functional cookies for product analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email team@linkbaits.com. For EU/UK users, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
If you use the Linkbaits.com marketplace as a buyer or seller, your display name and listing information will be visible to other users. Financial transactions are processed and held by Stripe — we act as the platform operator, not a financial institution.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
